Terms of Service

ADVNTG is a B2B strategy-validation service. We provide validation workflows, backtesting, robustness checks, and structured research reports for submitted trading ideas. ADVNTG is not a broker, does not execute trades, and does not provide investment advisory services. Each Discovery or Clarity order covers one executable strategy on one submitted market and timeframe. Supporting files do not add strategy combinations. Discovery provides the submitted-setup result and its evidence receipt. Clarity also unlocks exploratory optimization and diagnostics produced by the same computation. Additional combinations require separate submissions. Historical windows, available data and execution assumptions are disclosed in the dossier; an optimization is not a guarantee of future performance.

You must only upload strategy material that you are authorized to use. Submissions may not include malware, destructive code, unlawful content, or third-party confidential material without permission. You remain responsible for the legality and origin of uploaded files.

You retain ownership of your strategy code, datasets, and supporting documents. ADVNTG retains ownership of its validation framework, scoring methods, templates, and platform tooling. Deliverables are licensed to you for internal evaluation and decision support.

Validation results are analytical outputs, not trade instructions or guarantees. Markets are uncertain and past performance does not predict future results. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ADVNTG is not liable for indirect losses, trading losses, or opportunity costs.

Payment is collected after preflight and scope confirmation, before the full analysis starts. Completed analyses are non-refundable. If delivery cannot be completed for technical reasons attributable to ADVNTG, we will provide a replacement delivery or refund the undelivered service.

These terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia. Any disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Gambia.
